Once my upholstery goes into production what is the turn around time?
Normally 3-4 weeks….However, if a rush request is needed, we will do our best to accommodate your order.

Do you deliver?
Yes. In the local area, the cost is only $35.00 for one round trip of pick up and delivery.

Do you carry fabrics and trim?
Yes…we have many lines of fabrics for window treatments and Upholstery in all price ranges. In addition to our regular lines, we also have silks, faux silks, sheers, indoor / outdoor fabrics, vinyl, leather, faux leather and much more. We also carry all different trims and hardware to complete the look of your design.

Where does my order get produced?
All of our window / soft treatments and upholstery orders are produced and fabricated at the same location as our showroom. Our on-site workrooms are closely supervised and quality controlled by the senior management team.

How much does it cost to meet with a designer?
Our design consultation in our showroom / design center is complimentary. However, if you want our consultant to come to your home, there may be a design fee. Call or visit our showroom / design center and ask more about the design service.
